Orkin, a Rollins, Inc. brand, is seeking an On-site Sales Inspector to protect homes through expert termite protection solutions. The role blends competitive drive with a supportive team, offering training, leads, and a path to advancement.

You’ll perform thorough home inspections, explain practical pest-control options, and close deals with homeowners while representing a trusted, mission-driven company with a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions; win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with our robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and use the training provided to identify issues.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and address questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements; training will be provided.
