Rollins, Inc. through its Orkin brand is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, making strategic recommendations to protect homes and families while building trusted relationships with customers.

Earn average first‑year earnings of $80,000–$100,000 (base plus commission) with a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits, plus career growth opportunities in a mission‑driven, stable industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with provided advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to discuss products and peace of mind.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of homes and explain the process and expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
