Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in Burlingame, CA. The role focuses on selling termite protection services, performing thorough 360 inspections, and building trusted relationships with homeowners to provide peace of mind.

You’ll leverage a strong brand and award-winning training, with opportunities for leadership growth, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package. No industry experience is required to start, with paid licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Use provided tools (iPad) to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
