Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in North Carolina to help protect homes with proven termite protection services and strategic customer recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; we provide a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, setting expectations.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
