Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Construction & Services Technician (Termite Pro) in Towson, MD. The role includes performing essential termite prevention and installation tasks across diverse environments, following a scheduled route, and delivering quality service with safety at the forefront.

Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Training is provided, with opportunities for pay increases, promotions, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No pest control experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
