Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Construction & Services Technician (Termite Pro) in Towson, MD. You’ll follow a daily route, perform precise installations across attics, crawl spaces, and more, and maintain safety and quality standards in diverse environments.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. A pesticide license can be obtained within 90 days with company support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Pest Control Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in line with state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in equipment use and work environments.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
