Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Construction & Service Technician (Termite Pro) to perform essential home service installations across rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, and more. You will follow a daily route, complete service documentation, and build trusted relationships with customers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• No pest control experience required – training provided.
• Ability to work independently on route with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediation, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in equipment use and customer interactions.
