Orkin is hiring a Pro (Termite Pro) to join our field team on a route-based schedule. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for raises and promotions as you build your pest-control career.

This role uses a safety-first approach across diverse environments, from rooftops to crawl spaces, and offers a company vehicle, benefits, and pathways for advancement within Orkin, a leader in home services for 125 years.

Qualifications

• No Pest Control Experience Required – We'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily route within your territory
• Prepare and install services (attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection, radiant barriers)
• Complete all required service documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prioritize safety in all tasks
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
