Orkin is seeking a Home Construction & Services Technician (Termite Pro) to join our field team in Timonium, MD. You’ll follow a daily route, install attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, and other protection systems while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations and crawl space encapsulations.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
