Orkin is hiring a Home Construction & Services Technician (Termite Pro) in Towson, MD. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour. You will perform essential home service installations, from attic remediations to crawl space encapsulations, while following a scheduled route and maintaining safety standards.

No pest control experience is required; we provide training and a pesticide license within 90 days of employment. The role offers a company vehicle, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Willing to work in the field independently, across rooftops, crawl spaces, and customers' environments.
• Strong safety focus and good customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations and crawl space encapsulations.
• Complete service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
