Job summary

Terminix is seeking a dedicated Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments as part of the first line of defense while working with a company vehicle and PPE.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Prior customer service experience is valued, and some termite control knowledge is a plus; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (provided).
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and safety rules.
• Communicate critical conditions and any required structural modifications to customers.
• Verify job specifications for each work order and maintain equipment.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms and document services.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
