Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties by identifying termite problems and delivering safe treatment services. You will communicate findings to customers, operate service vehicles, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 1 year of customer service experience. Expect physical work including climbing and working in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
• Applying anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process
• Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
• Completing production forms documenting services provided
• Interacting with customers and explaining services provided
