Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments, acting as the first line of defense for customer homes.

The role requires physical work, safety compliance, and clear communication with clients. Prior customer service experience is valued, with on-site duties and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Licenses/certificates as required by laws (covered by us).
  • Basic math skills to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
  • Perform termite treatments safely per guidelines and procedures.
  • Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
  • Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures.
  • Verify job specifications for each work order.
  • Maintain service vehicles and equipment.
  • Document services provided using production forms.
  • Interact with customers and explain services.
