Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician in the United States to protect customers0properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will inspect, prevent, and treat against termites and communicate findings to customers, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role involves climbing, working in confined spaces, and using PPE. A valid driver0s license and willingness to work varied hours are required. Training is provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Knowledge of termite behavior and control methods is preferred.
• A valid drivere29s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate critical termite activity conditions to customers and discuss procedures and potential structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
