Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include identifying termite problems, applying treatments, communicating findings to customers, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. A valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and customer service experience are required; flexibility for schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Be flexible with working hours, Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions and discuss procedures with customers.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
