Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will identify termite problems, perform safe treatments, and communicate findings clearly to clients in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities include applying treatments, verifying work orders, operating service vehicles, and maintaining equipment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are required as part of a safety-conscious team committed to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred; termite control experience a plus.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Saturday as needed and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
