Orkin Outside Sales Representative – Will Train position invites motivated individuals to join a proven leader in pest control. You’ll perform 360 home inspections, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while earning based on base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect and close sales with homeowners
• Strong listening and communication skills to understand customer needs

• Willing to learn pest-control solutions and convey them clearly
• No industry experience required; training provided by Orkin

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin termite protection services and provide strategic recommendations
• Perform 360-home inspections and build trusted relationships
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with support from advertising budget
• Schedule and conduct home visits to explain products and peace of mind
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
