Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector in the United States to deliver expert termite protection and trusted recommendations. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, building strong relationships with homeowners and explaining practical solutions with confidence.

You’ll leverage award-winning training, target new business from assigned leads, and schedule in-home appointments to demonstrate how Orkin’s products provide peace of mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships protecting homes and families.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads to generate opportunities.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
