Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote termite protection services. You will perform 360 inspections, explain solutions, and build trusted relationships with homeowners while pursuing new business and leads.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Explain practical solutions clearly and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with robust advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to explain Orkin's products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home and address questions.
