Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related terminal or industrial operations experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with welding experience desirable.
• Knowledge of cement, construction industry and integrated computer systems is an asset.
• Candidates must adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment, load outbound trucks and unload inbound barges/railcars.
• Run forklift, rail car mover and other light industrial equipment.
• Verify shipment paperwork for accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-training activities.
• Communicate with terminal staff, customers, and suppliers as needed.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
