Job summary

Amrize in Wisconsin seeks a Terminal Operator to safely run equipment at our loading/unloading site and ensure accurate, timely processing of requests across rail, truck and barge operations. You will perform grounds and facility maintenance, operate loading gear, maintain records, and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies.

1–3 years of prior related experience and a High School diploma are required; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with cement manufacturing processes or logistics preferred.
• Safety training and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain terminal equipment for loading/unloading across rail, waterway, and road.
• Carry out grounds, offices, warehouse and yard maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records on terminal equipment.
• Perform clerical functions and general operations.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies; promote safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
