Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at the Bettendorf Terminal IA to provide high quality products and customer service with a safety-first approach. Primary duties include bulk truck loading, hopper barge unloading and terminal maintenance, while coordinating with managers, customers and trucking firms.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a similar terminal/operator role.
• Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP is an asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability; safety protocols observed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk truck loading and hopper barge unloading safely.
• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard and related areas.
• Coordinate with terminal managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist with repairs.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
