ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Manager for a 24/7 food-grade tanker terminal in Fair Oaks, IN, with full P&L responsibility to drive profitability and service excellence.

You will lead dispatch and terminal staff, ensuring on-time, safe product deliveries and cross-functional collaboration with safety, operations and recruiting teams. The ideal candidate has prior terminal or BU management experience, trucking background, and proven ability to manage time-critical, high-volume

Qualifications

• Previous terminal or business unit management experience required.
• Trucking experience required; food-grade tanker experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership managing dispatch, planning, and operations staff.
• Ability to operate in a time-critical, high-volume logistics environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full P&L for terminal operations, controlling costs and improving profitability.
• Lead dispatch/driver managers, planners, and terminal operations staff.
• Ensure on-time, safe delivery of customer product with outstanding service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, safety, and recruiting teams.
• Drive hiring, training, and performance management for terminal employees.
