Hire Velocity is seeking an experienced Terminal Manager for our 24/7 Northeastern operation in Bensalem, PA. The role carries full P&L responsibility and requires hands-on leadership to hire, train, and develop staff while ensuring safe, on-time deliveries and top-flight customer service.

Successful candidates will balance strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day management. Strong AS400 and MS Office skills are preferred, along with a track record of improving processes and costs.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills under pressure.
• Experience managing profit and loss and driving profitability.
• Ability to train and develop staff across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of AS400 and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time, safe product deliveries with professional communication.
• Manage terminal P&L, control costs, and improve processes.
• Coordinate operations, staffing, and equipment utilization.
• Review and optimize internal processes and reporting.
• Oversee driver/employee performance, coaching, and development.
• Recruit and train drivers and office staff as needed.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Promote growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
