Indian River Transport is seeking a results‑driven Terminal Manager for our Northeastern operations based in Bensalem, PA. The role oversees 24/7 terminal activity, ensures safe, on‑time product delivery, and holds full P&L responsibility while leading recruiting, training, safety and compliance, and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven trucking operations knowledge, excellent customer service, and ability to manage multiple teams in a high‑volume

Qualifications

• Previous terminal/business unit management experience required.
• Truck ing Experience required; food grade transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time and safe product delivery with professional communication and outstanding customer service.
• Manage terminal P&L and take actions to improve profitability and control costs.
• Coordinate all operations to optimize personnel and equipment use; oversee staff hiring and training and payroll accuracy.
• Review internal processes and implement modifications to improve efficiency and reporting.
