Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform duties and reports.
• 5+ years of terminal operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates terminal employee activities to provide effective and efficient operations.
• Investigates and resolves complaints and discrepancies.
• Interviews and selects candidates and coaches employees.
• Enforces compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Analyzes and reviews reports to determine trends and increase profitability.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align and review reporting needs.
