Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate terminal employee activities for efficient operations.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and discrepancies.
• Interview and select candidates and coach employees.
• Enforce compliance with all policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Analyze and review financial and operational reports to determine trends and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and review reporting needs.
