Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a Project Manager in Ohio to supervise mix batching, equipment operations, and staff to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will oversee safety, quality control, and driver/customer relations while driving project profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with plant operations, managing inventory, and maintaining supplier relationships. Occasional travel to sites and evenings/weekends may be required, with a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–4 years related experience.
• ACI Level 1 Field Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks; ensure safe operations.
• Oversee project management to meet deadlines and budget.
• Manage batching operations and supervising drivers for efficiency.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain clear communication.
• Control costs and seek productivity improvements through innovation.
