Job summary

Watco Transloading, LLC seeks an Assistant Terminal Manager in Dravosburg, PA to lead daily terminal operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance alongside the operations team. The role reports to Transload Operations and supports budgeting, staffing, and customer relations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or related field.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of operational leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Model Watco’s Foundation and Customer First Principles in daily operations.
• Guide daily operations in the field to align with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in managing terminal operations to optimize resources, schedules, and staffing.
• Lead safety meetings, audits, and observations; empower teams to address unsafe actions.
• Support P&L management including budgeting, cost control, and revenue monitoring.
• Review billing for contractual accuracy and revenue capture.
• Participate in capital planning and cost-saving initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
