Job summary

The Twin Eagle Terminals & Logistics is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead daily transloading operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time performance. Reporting between the Assistant Terminal Manager and Transload Crew Lead, you will direct crews, enforce SOPs, monitor inspections, and make real-time decisions to optimize efficiency and labor use while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in terminal or transloading operations and will be comfortable

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in terminal, rail, or transloading operations.
1–3 years supervisory or crew lead experience.
Experience in liquid hazmat or bulk material handling preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all transloading operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient unloading of railcars and loading of trucks.
Monitor and enforce adherence to established transloading processes and standard operating procedures.
Make real-time decisions regarding efficiency, labor allocation, and equipment use to meet production targets and minimize delays.
Evaluate pull rates and determine the number of equipment and resources needed to manage truck and rail traffic effectively.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Coordinate with the Transload Crew Lead to ensure crew assignments and break schedules are properly managed.
Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Terminal Manager or Terminal Manager.
