Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in an industrial field preferred.
• HAZWOPER 24-hour training, including Incident Command, required.
• Minimum of five years of operations experience in the chemical or logistics industry required.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or leadership experience required.

Aufgaben

• Oversees all terminal operations to ensure safe, accurate, and productive processes.
• Supports training and proficiency testing with documented steps and regular check-ins.
• Attends and contributes to weekly safety meetings with site employees.
• Coordinates collaboration among warehouse, production, dispatch, quality, purchasing, safety, and sales departments.
• Manages audits and investigations to maintain compliance and drive improvements.
• Leads one or more Operations Supervisors and oversees site events to promote engagement.
• Conducts audits and facility tours as required by leadership and customers.
• Monitors financial performance through budget oversight and KPI tracking.
• Maintains operational KPIs and reports progress at monthly operations meetings.
