ContainerPort Group, a World Group company, is seeking a dedicated Terminal Manager for our Indianapolis, IN terminal. You will lead the Fleet Manager, Customer Service and Operations teams and act as the primary link between owner-operators and customers to ensure safe, efficient drayage operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a transportation/logistics setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to develop and grow business with key accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Fleet Manager, Customer Service and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with recruiting and driver experience teams on acquisition/retention.
• Develop and grow new business with existing customers.
• Maintain relationships with key account decision makers to expand opportunities.
• Coach teams to ensure excellent communication and teamwork.
• Uphold safety culture and drive operational discipline.
