World Group is seeking a dedicated Terminal Manager for our Indianapolis, IN terminal to lead Fleet, Customer Service and Operations teams. You will build relationships with owner-operators and customers, drive business growth, and uphold our safety culture while overseeing P&L and operations in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 5 years in intermodal transportation management and 3 years managing an owner-operator fleet, with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years intermodal transportation management experience.
• 3 years managing an owner-operator based fleet.
• Strong leadership, customer satisfaction and recruiting skills.
• High integrity and initiative with excellent networking abilities.
• Proficient computer and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet Manager, Customer Service and Operations teams at the terminal.
• Collaborate on driver recruitment and retention strategies.
• Develop new business and expand current customer relationships.
• Coach teams for effective communication and teamwork.
• Uphold safety culture and conduct safety inspections.
• Oversee financials including GP/ NOI/ NI.
• Provide servant leadership and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.
