Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking candidates for a terminal associate role. You will assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and railcars, perform routine equipment inspections, and help maintain accurate inventory.

This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable documentation. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to operate and troubleshoot equipment, and committed to quality standards in all weather and shift conditions.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
