Lehigh Hanson Inc. in Walterboro, SC is seeking a hands-on loader/operator to support terminal operations. You will safely operate loaders and other mobile equipment to load customer trucks, conduct quality checks, and document results to meet product specs.
You will also manage stockpiles and inventory flow, inspect equipment, and communicate maintenance needs. A strong focus on safety, productivity, and customer service is required.

Manage material stockpiles, inventory movement, and housekeeping throughout the terminal.
Inspect equipment, identify maintenance needs, and report operational issues promptly.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety, productivity, and environmental standards.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an aggregates, construction, industrial, or material handling environment.
Ability to perform quality control testing, maintain accurate records, and recognize potential product quality issues.
Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
Effective communication and customer service skills when interacting with drivers, customers, and team members.
Dependable, self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
$22.50 to $33.01 per hour
