Airgas, an AirLiquide company, is seeking a Terminal Admin in La Porte, TX to provide comprehensive administrative support for terminal operations. You will coordinate driver shifts, onboard staff, and handle daily paperwork while aligning with safety standards and DOT requirements.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years of admin experience, with strong MS Office/Google skills and customer service focus.

Competenze

• Requires a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP and DBIRS systems is a plus; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily driver shifts to support Trip Confirmation processes.
• Onboard drivers on new procedures and paperwork; assist with training.
• Handle routine paperwork and reports weekly and monthly; provide front-line inquiries support.
• Support terminal staff with billing, payables, and payroll tasks as needed.
• Maintain and file Industrial, Medical, FDA, and Distribution files; assist with facility audits and safety meetings.
