Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Supervisor for its Granite City, IL facility. The role leads a team of 18 drivers and 4 vehicle mechanics, ensuring safe, efficient distribution of liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon while coordinating with plant operations and customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in terminal operations, strong safety leadership, and the ability to manage safety programs, perform on-call duties, and travel monthly as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant terminal operations experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to be on-call.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Safety performance and Basic Safety Process.
• Coach, mentor, and lead drivers; engage team through observations and safety meetings.
• Work with support resources to achieve efficiency targets.
• Coordinate tactical planning and delivery logistics to manage inventory.
• Use optimization tools to drive performance in safety and distribution KPIs.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Provide customer site safety inspections and ensure equipment meets delivery expectations.
• Ensure incident reports are completed and recorded.
• Be the primary liaison between drivers and other parties (plant operations, Driver Safety team, Site Manager).
