Job summary

Air Products Granite City terminal is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to oversee safe distribution of liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon. You will coach 18 drivers and 4 mechanics, coordinating with plant operations to ensure on-time deliveries and strict safety adherence.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and incident management in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include leading safety performance, supporting the Site Manager, and driving efficiency in inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel monthly and be on-call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee terminal safety program and Basic Safety Process.
• Coach, mentor, and lead 18 drivers and 4 vehicle mechanics.
• Coordinate with plant operations and logistics for deliveries.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and equipment readiness.
• Review incident reports and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as primary liaison between drivers and operations teams.
