Holroyd Howe is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our catering team at a prestigious private college. You will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for students aged 3–18 and staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Working 40 weeks per year with term-based patterns (7:00am–3:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm in Term 1; 11:00am–7:00pm in Term 2). A DBS check and right to work in the UK are required; ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to plan menus and maintain quality.
