Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or a physician from an accredited medical school.
• Current NCCPA certification, if PA, and NYS PA license (or MD/DO license).
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; one year teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Physician Assistant program; maintain an 18-hour credit workload.
• Serve in program administration, curricular development, and assessment.
• Engage in student recruitment, admissions activities, and service to the department.
