Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree from an accredited PA program.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience and PA education experience.
• Current NCCPA board certification.
• Current New York State Physician Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program and student evaluation processes; develop course learning objectives.
• Review and revise student handbooks and program policies; ensure certifications for clinical participation.
• Evaluate students and instructors; develop assessment instruments and monitor progress.
• Develop examinations and test item analyses to evaluate learning and program effectiveness.
• Participate in admissions, curriculum development, and student evaluation.
• Support program accreditation activities and maintain site evaluations.
• Serve as faculty advisor to professional students.
• Coordinate clinical sites with preceptors and maintain site evaluations.
• Oversee student clinical rotations and update handbooks and orientation.
• Identify and secure qualified adjunct instructors.
