Job summary
Cape Cod Community College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Nursing Faculty Member responsible for classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in the Associate Degree program. The role includes college service and advising, with team-taught courses delivered in person Monday through Friday.
The candidate will participate in all modalities of instruction, use Moodle as a teaching platform, and collaborate with clinical sites to ensure strong student outcomes and program quality.
Qualifications
- MA RN license or eligibility required.
- Master's degree in nursing from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
- Broad nursing experience including acute care settings.
- Experience applying evidence-based interventions in diverse healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled teaching and student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Instruct in classroom and clinical settings, using multiple teaching strategies.
- Teach in-person sessions Monday through Friday; integrate technology.
- Create and share teaching resources on Moodle.
- Supervise, plan, and evaluate learning experiences in clinical areas.
- Coordinate with health agencies for clinical experiences and site rotations.
