Qualifications

• Current MA RN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Master's degree in nursing from ACEN or CCNE-accredited program.
• Broad experience in nursing including acute care.
• Experience applying evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Experience with technology integration and active learning.
• Recent college-level nursing teaching experience.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, lab, and clinical instruction for the ADN program.
• Deliver in-person and online instruction (Zoom, simulations) as part of a team.
• Develop teaching resources via Moodle.
• Plan and evaluate clinical learning experiences.
• Coordinate relationships with health agencies for clinical sites.
• Attend meetings and participate in program accreditation activities.
• Maintain professional growth and engage in college service.
