Qualifications

- Expertise in fundamentals, pediatrics, maternity, community, psych, and medical-surgical nursing.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and oversee students in skill‑based labs and simulations.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences to apply nursing skills.
- Teach and demonstrate nursing procedures within the lab.
- Supervise and assess student performance in lab activities.
- Mentor and guide students with clinical insights and skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback on competencies and progress.
- Create a supportive learning environment for skill development.
- Assess student learning through hands-on evaluation in the lab.
- Attend faculty meetings to discuss program needs and improvements.
- Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
