Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.

• Master's degree in nursing OR Bachelor's with intent to complete education certification or master's within 5 years.
• Expertise in fundamentals, pediatrics, maternity, community, psych, and medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and oversee students in skill‑based labs and simulations.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences to apply nursing skills.
• Teach and demonstrate nursing procedures within the lab.
• Supervise and assess student performance in lab activities.
• Mentor and guide students with clinical insights and skill development.
• Provide constructive feedback on competencies and progress.
• Create a supportive learning environment for skill development.
• Assess student learning through hands-on evaluation in the lab.
• Attend faculty meetings to discuss program needs and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
