Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management or in a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and student engagement.
• Ability to integrate diverse pedagogical approaches in various learning environments.
• Defined research agenda and evidence of scholarly potential.
• Commitment to service within the department, university, and broader community.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses in traditional day, accelerated adult, online, and hybrid formats.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and departmental initiatives.
• Engage in service to the department, college, and university consistent with Alvernia’s mission.
• Commit to high-impact teaching practices such as experiential learning, service learning, action research, and innovative pedagogy.
