Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or related area; industry certifications or related work experience can substitute for the degree concentration.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred.
• Must be available to teach in-person.
• BrightSpace or similar LMS knowledge is a plus.
• Teaching demonstration will be required for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in teaching and integrating new technologies to engage diverse learners.
• Design courses and labs to meet learning outcomes and promote active student participation.
• Post syllabi on BrightSpace and enter final grades online in PeopleSoft.
• Create an effective learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and problem-solving.
• Maintain office hours and contribute to student academic and professional communities.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork among students and colleagues.
