Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida is seeking a Tennis Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the reception desk of the Recreation outlet. You will greet guests, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and assist tennis staff during lessons and events.

The role requires strong customer service, English fluency, and the ability to stand for long hours. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service.
• Experience in tennis facility, spa or luxury setting preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at reception and answer phones.
• Schedule appointments and manage checkout.
• Respond to guest requests with personal recommendations.
• Charge guests for services using POS system.
• Coordinate with tennis staff during lessons and events.
• Report maintenance issues and assist during busy periods.
• Maintain high standards of service and appearance.
