Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida seeks a Tennis Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service at the recreation reception desk. You will greet guests, handle calls, schedule appointments, and assist tennis professionals during lessons and events.

The role requires at least 1 year in guest service, comfort with POS systems, and fluency in English. You must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. The team offers comprehensive benefits and a vibrant luxury workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role.
• Experience preferred in tennis facility, spa or luxury setting.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft applications.
• Fluent English and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phone calls, schedule and manage appointments.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide personal recommendations.
• Use Point of Sales System to charge guests for services and retail items.
• Describe tennis services and related activities to guests.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve complaints.
• Report maintenance issues to the manager.
• Support Tennis Attendants and staff during events.
• Collaborate with tennis professionals during lessons.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
