Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-time Tennis Guest Services Agent to deliver a premium guest experience at the recreation reception. You will greet guests, manage appointments, and assist with requests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role.
• Experience in tennis facility, spa or luxury setting preferred.
• Fluent English required; strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy with ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at reception, answer calls, schedule and manage appointments.
• Assist guests with needs and provide personal recommendations.
• Use POS system to charge guests for services and items.
• Promote retail tennis services and related activities.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve issues.
• Report maintenance issues to the manager.
• Support Tennis Attendants and staff during busy periods.
• Coordinate with tennis professionals during lessons and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
