Qualifications

• 1+ year in guest/customer service role, preferably in luxury settings.
• Experience in tennis facilities, spa, or luxury venues is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor with discretion and polished appearance.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor duties.
• English fluency and US work authorization are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the reception desk and answer calls.
• Schedule appointments and manage tennis court reservations.
• Charge services and retail items using the POS system.
• Assist tennis professionals during lessons and events.
• Resolve guest requests and handle any complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with managers to maintain recreation areas.
